Great to meet you!

I have been a counselor legally for years but a great listener all of my life. I graduated with my master's at Brenau University almost 5 years ago. Most of my background comes from educational schooling and life experiences.

My approach to therapy

With clients, I like to approach appointments with a humorous and open-minded style. I like to consider myself as having my own anxious and consequence filled story. With that I create an atmosphere of no judgement, curiosity, and validation on what worked for you that got you this far and what can be altered moving forward to get you closer to your goal.

What you can expect from me

In the first session there is an assessment. Walk me through your story, how did we get here? what was lifelike before you took a detour. We will take all the information and the summary of your personal narrative and decide where do we from here?
