Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Los Angeles, offering TeleHealth therapy for individuals throughout California. As a pyschotherapist, I believe that every piece of your story matters.

Life can sometimes feel like a puzzle with pieces scattered everywhere: relationships, experiences, emotions, memories, hopes, and challenges. Some pieces may feel confusing, some painful, and others may seem like they don't belong at all.

I empower individuals to overcome obstacles, build on their strengths, and reconnect with their sense of purpose and self-worth. Together, we'll create meaningful change so you can move from surviving to healing to thriving

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a space to slow down, explore the pieces of your experience, and begin to understand how they connect. Together, we can make room for the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked, misunderstood, or difficult to carry alone.

I work with adults and children navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, anger, and self-esteem challenges. I also have a special interest in supporting men, first- generation individuals, and caregivers as they they navigate emotional and relational concerns. We’ll build coping skills and create a plan for growth that feels empowering to live authentically, and become the person you aspire to be with confidence.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including parts work, grief therapy, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Gestalt techniques, to provide effective care for you. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to have all the pieces figured out before you begin. Healing can start with simply bringing the pieces as they are. Our first session is an opportunity for us to connect, explore what has brought you to therapy, and begin building a foundation for our work together. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I'll meet you where you are and work together toward greater understanding, connection, and wholeness—one piece at a time. I'll be here to support and guide you every step of the way.
