Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I believe growth and healing happen best within safe, collaborative relationships where clients feel understood and supported. Reaching out for help can be difficult, and I will work to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your concerns at your own pace. I have over five years of experience supporting adults and children who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also have experience working with families and helping parents navigate emotional and behavioral challenges. In addition, I work with couples who are experiencing relational difficulties and are seeking greater connection, communication, and understanding.

My approach to therapy

I believe that understanding you through your emotions and relationships is essential to growth and healing. I approach therapy with curiosity and care, taking time to learn about you and your challenges within the context of your life and relationships. Together, we will identify patterns that may no longer be serving you and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others.

I bring my authentic self and compassion into our work as we gently explore your story and the experiences that have shaped who you are today. My goal is to help you feel supported as you move towards healing and growth for yourself and greater closeness, trust, and emotional safety in your relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and collaborative space where I will focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your current concerns, your goals for therapy, and any questions or hesitations you may have about the process.

I will also gather some background information to better understand you within the context of your relationships and life experiences. There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with—we will move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of what working together might look like.
