Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of experience in mental health, including acute care, outpatient psychiatry, and leadership roles. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and major life transitions. I also have experience treating more complex psychiatric conditions and believe in looking at the whole person, not just a diagnosis.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I focus on emotional safety, education, and shared decision-making. Medication is one tool we may use, but care is never one-size-fits-all. I aim to help clients better understand themselves, build coping skills, and feel supported while making meaningful, sustainable changes.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a relaxed, judgment-free space to talk about what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping to change. We’ll review your history, discuss current concerns, and begin outlining goals together. My priority is helping you feel heard, supported, and clear about next steps.
