Great to meet you!

Hello,

My approach to therapy is very openminded and free flowing, I truly want to be the best resource for you. I am able to utilize and pull from various different therapeutic modalities and concepts depending on what you need. I also have a personal and human approach that is culturally thoughtful and openminded. I believe its good to have some fun in therapy as well as have the serious moments. I have a LCSW from SJSU and over 16 years of experience in mental health therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a diverse set of knowledge and depending on client needs I can pull from my knowledge of dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, internal family systems, generational trauma processing, exposure response prevention, as well as others.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that you can walk away feeling lighter and finding some hope that your are moving in the right direction. I want my clients to feel empowered to really be able to use the tools and resources I give them.
