For the past eight years, she has worked as a therapist, currently serving adolescents at Stonewater Adolescent Recovery Center and leading as CEO of The Bridge Counseling Services and Consulting. My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, relational, and rooted in both clinical structure and spiritual discernment. Through The Bridge Counseling Services and Consulting LLC, I create structured, goal-oriented treatment plans while also holding space for deeper identity work, trauma processing, and attachment repair. I value family systems work, often engaging parents and guardians in the healing process to address dynamics, boundaries, and accountability.

I challenge clients with compassion and grace, and I am attentive to patterns of avoidance, emotional dysregulation, and unresolved grief, helping clients build emotional regulation, assertive communication, and internal security. At the core, my work is about restoration—bridging the gap between who you have been, what they’ve experienced, and who they are becoming.

What you can expect from me

In your first session at The Bridge Counseling Services and Consulting LLC, you can expect a welcoming, structured, and intentional environment. The first session is primarily about building rapport and understanding your story. We will review your intake information, discuss what brings you to therapy, and clarify your goals for treatment. I will ask questions about your history, relationships, current stressors, and coping patterns to get a holistic view of your biological, psychological, social, and (if applicable) spiritual framework.

This session is also a space for you to ask questions and determine if we are a good fit. Together, we will begin identifying patterns, strengths, and areas for growth, and we may outline initial treatment goals. You won’t be pressured to share more than you are ready to, and you will be gently challenged toward honesty and ownership. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where clarity begins, and healing has permission to start.
