Nakia Alford - Sunday

I am a LPC ready to help you reach your full potential as you become even healthier mentally. I attended Lamar University where I was a member of the counseling honors society Chi Sigma Iota. I have worked as a counselor in school and private settings. In general, I believe in a person-centered counseling approach, but understand each client is an individual. I have years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My favorite modalities are EMDR and CBT.

As I use research-based techniques and strategies to address concerns, I work to help you manage and rectify issues. My greatest gratification is to assist others in excelling and reaching life goals and becoming mentally healthy.
