During our first session the focus is on introduction and allowing you the space to share what you're experiencing. It can often be awkward opening up to someone you don't know, so building a comfortable space is most important. We will discuss the challenges presenting in your life and discuss how to create a roadmap to begin your journey to mental wellness.
