As a Board Certified psychotherapist, I am ready to work with you in a supportive way to help you accomplish your desired goals and provide insight into areas of your life in which you desire increased clarity.

My experience spans nearly 2 decades & ranges from working with individuals/couples, children, families, lgbtq, affluent and professional clients.

Currently I am working with adult clients ages 18-65.

I am a proud graduate of Columbia University where I earned my 1st Master's with Honors in Math, Science and Technology. I also hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology with Distinction from Mercy University and an Advanced Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Alfred University.
