Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with more than a decade of experience supporting adults, couples, and families through meaningful emotional and behavioral change. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care and strive to create a welcoming environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your healing process.

My approach to therapy

I have worked with a large range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, relationship challenges, identity-related concerns, and major life transitions. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals facing chronic homelessness, co-occurring mental and medical issues, substance use disorders, and the complex emotional needs that arise from socioeconomic hardship. My background also includes years of direct work with gender and sexual minorities, court-involved individuals, military veterans, and families involved with child protective services.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic style is collaborative and integrative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based practices, strength-based approaches, and supportive therapy to help clients develop insight, build coping skills, and move toward healthier relationships and greater emotional balance.
