Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes therapy should be a collaborative, practical, and empowering experience.

I have experience providing therapy to individuals across the lifespan, from toddlers to older adults. My work has included supporting clients through anxiety, depression, life transitions, behavioral concerns, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, stress, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I tailor treatment to each person's developmental stage, strengths, and unique needs, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.

My approach to therapy

Sometimes you need someone who will simply listen, validate your experience, and sit with you through life's challenges. Other times, you need someone who will ask the hard questions, offer honest feedback, and help you move from insight to action. My style is supportive, direct, and transparent. While you'll always find compassion and empathy in our work together, I also believe meaningful growth comes from being challenged. My goal isn't to tell you what you want to hear—it's to help you recognize patterns, develop practical solutions, and build the confidence to move forward.

Drawing primarily from Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), I work with you to examine unhelpful beliefs, challenge self-defeating beliefs, and create lasting change through concrete, solution-focused interventions.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a space that is culturally humble, nonjudgmental, and authentic, recognizing that each person's experiences, values, and identity shape their journey.

I believe humor and lightheartedness have an important place in therapy, and when appropriate, I incorporate warmth, curiosity, and genuine connection to help you feel comfortable while navigating difficult topics.
