Great to meet you!

When stress, relationship challenges, grief, or major life changes begin affecting your emotional wellbeing, it can feel difficult to know where to turn. I work with adults and seniors navigating stress management concerns, relationship issues, grief and loss, physical health challenges, and anxiety. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, struggling to balance responsibilities, coping with difficult transitions, or facing challenges that have left them feeling emotionally exhausted. Whether you're navigating relationship difficulties, managing stress, coping with loss, or adjusting to changes in your health or personal life, therapy can provide a supportive space to gain clarity and move forward with confidence. My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create a greater sense of balance and wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should provide a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can explore challenges while building practical tools for growth. My approach is solution focused (using Solution Focused Brief Therapy) and centered on helping clients identify strengths, clarify goals, and create meaningful progress in their lives. Together, we may explore stress management, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, grief, family issues, physical health challenges, emotional wellbeing, and life transitions. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs and focused on helping you strengthen coping skills, improve communication, build confidence, and develop strategies that support lasting positive change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment free environment where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where you can openly discuss challenges, explore your goals, and develop practical solutions that support meaningful growth. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, greater self awareness, stronger relationships, and increased resilience. Whether you're navigating stress, grief, relationship concerns, physical health challenges, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you feel more empowered, capable, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
