Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen relationships, restore self-esteem, and create lasting emotional change. I especially enjoy supporting clients in improving their connection with their spouse, children, and loved ones while developing healthier communication and coping skills.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges so they can feel more confident, connected, and emotionally fulfilled.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a relaxed space to share your story at your own pace. We'll talk through what's bringing you in, clarify your goals, and start building a plan tailored to your needs.
