Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with training in both medication management and psychotherapy. My goal is to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. I have experience treating concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, and substance use. I believe care should feel collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you feel more stable and confident in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I use medication management when appropriate, while also incorporating therapy-based tools such as CBT and motivational interviewing to better understand patterns, goals, and barriers to change. I focus on treating the whole person, not just a diagnosis. Together, we will create a treatment plan that feels realistic, supportive, and tailored to your needs.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will take time to discuss your symptoms, history, current stressors, goals, and any past treatment experiences. I will ask questions to better understand what you are going through and what kind of support you are looking for. We will review treatment options, including whether medication may be helpful, and begin developing a plan together. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling understood, informed, and supported
