Great to meet you!

Hello I’m Namita Sharan, an LMFT integrating East-West approaches in my practice. I earned my degree from Naropa University and furthered my education at the California Institute of Integral Studies, focusing on holistic therapy. My primary emphasis is on individual therapy, where I incorporate mindfulness/spiritual principles to promote healing and personal growth. I aim to create a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their challenges and connect with their inner selves.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, blending East-West practices. I prioritize building trust and collaboration with clients, helping you identify goals and challenges. Specializing in individual therapy, I focus on anxiety, depression and life transitions. Using mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and expressive therapies, I empower clients to develop coping skills and connect with their inner wisdom, fostering resilience and confidence on their journeys.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain valuable insights and spiritual tools for personal growth in a safe, nurturing environment. We’ll set meaningful goals tailored to your journey, such as cultivating mindfulness and enhancing self-acceptance. Outcomes often include a greater sense of purpose, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection to your authentic self, empowering you to navigate life with confidence and spiritual awareness.
