Great to meet you!

I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Haiti, and I bring a culturally rich, compassionate, and global perspective to my work. I am ready to work with you to identify coping strategies and develop the skills needed to achieve your goals and live your best life. I believe change begins with hope: hope for a better outcome and a glimmer of possibility that something good can come when we believe and take action. Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, playing the piano, participating in worship, and traveling to learn about diverse cultures and experience new culinary traditions.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in warmth, collaboration, and the belief that change begins with hope. I use an integrative framework tailored to your unique needs. Through Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, we will build on your strengths, identify practical coping strategies, and focus on the goals you want to achieve. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we will explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, reframe unhelpful patterns, and build everyday skills. Through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I will help you clarify your values, accept life’s challenges, and take meaningful action toward the person you want to be.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is about getting to know each other. We will talk through what brought you to therapy, what "living your best life" means specifically for you, and we will start building the trust and safety that everything else depends on. There is no pressure to have it all figured out before you reach out. If any part of this sounds like what you are looking for, I would love to hear from you and start that first conversation together.
