With over 20 years of experience, I treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more using EMDR, EFT, and Person-Centered Counseling. My goal is to empower you to live authentically, reducing stress and anxiety. In a safe, supportive environment, you'll discover and nurture your true strengths. I hold an MA in Psychology and as faculty have taught at USM. Most of my clients are women aged 20-60 experiencing anxiety. Take the first step toward a brighter future today!
