Great to meet you!

Our Practice

I am the founder of a group practice offering individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as therapeutic groups. When you reach out, you may work with me or be thoughtfully matched with one of my trusted associates based on your needs and availability. All clinicians in the practice are committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and high-quality care.

We take a collaborative, person-centered approach, creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

What to Expect

We utilize both Headway and Simple Practice for scheduling and billing. As a result, appointment times may occasionally be adjusted. You will always be contacted via email with any updates and next steps.

About YOU:

We look forward to supporting YOU on YOUR journey!

About Me:

Born in Puerto Rico and raised in The Bronx, I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience. I hold a Doctorate in Social Work from Simmons University. My pronouns are she/ella.

I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship challenges. I also have extensive experience working with survivors of abuse, the LGBTQIA+ community, and military and law enforcement families.

My approach to therapy

The focus of my practice is to provide a safe place where together we can work through any life transition and/or challenges that may be keeping you from moving forward. As a group practice, you may work directly with me or with one of my trusted associates, all of whom are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care. Together, we will find understanding, resiliency, and strength. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental, compassionate environment, and we favor a collaborative, person-centered approach. You have already taken the most challenging step by recognizing the courage it takes to ask for help. I look forward to working with you.
