Great to meet you!

I have a passion for exploring the roots of your struggles focusing on four main character structures: attachment (trusting others), separation (individuation of self from others), integration (balancing the good and the bad), and adulthood (identifying one's own authority and autonomy). I aim to help you have a reparative relationship that can then be created with others outside of the therapy office.

My approach to therapy

I engage in a client-centered approach, working with you to identify unmet wants and needs. My approach is helpful when working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, other trauma related challenges, relationship struggles, communication difficulties, parent/child conflicts, anger management, spiritual wounds, and more.

What you can expect from me

During our time together, you can expect that we will build a relationship. I will help you identify and verbalize your needs, increase self-awareness, explore the roots of your core beliefs, build safety in relationships, learn and implement relaxation and grounding skills, and foster a safe and trusting therapeutic bond.
