Great to meet you!

Hi, and thank you for being here. I’ve worked in the mental health field since 2012, supporting children, teens, and adults through individual, group, and family therapy. I help people with challenges like anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, ADHD, trauma, and substance use. I'm a National Certified Counselor, Certified DBT Therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. My goal is to provide a safe space where you feel supported and understood.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should fit your unique needs. My style is caring, respectful, and focused on building a strong connection with you. I use an integrative approach combining characteristics of cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused work, choice theory, and person-centered therapy. We’ll work together to understand what’s going on and find real solutions that help you feel better. You’ll always be part of the process.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to feel heard, valued, and encouraged. My goal is to help you gain confidence, learn healthy ways to cope, and make positive changes in your life. Many clients say they leave feeling calmer, more hopeful, and more in control. I aim to create a space where healing, growth, and change feel possible.
