Great to meet you!
As a psychotherapist, I bring extensive experience working with individuals and families across all ages, cultural backgrounds, and life stages. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in helping clients feel seen and understood.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, women’s issues, relationship concerns, anger, and stress management. Many of the clients I work with come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them—emotionally, relationally, or behaviorally. Together, we explore these patterns, clarify what they want to shift, and identify practical, meaningful ways to create lasting change.
My professional background includes a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University, and licensure as an LCSW in New York. I use an integrative approach informed by cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices, always tailored to the unique needs of each person.
Therapy can be a powerful space to reconnect with your values, your voice, and your sense of possibility—and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate that process.
