Great to meet you!

Nancy Dimitrovski, LCSW, LCADC, CCS Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor

With over 20 years of experience, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) dedicated to supporting individuals on their path to healing and personal growth. I specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy for those facing challenges related to mental health, addiction, trauma, and life transitions.

My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep understanding of the human experience. I work collaboratively with clients to help them build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and achieve lasting change. Whether someone is seeking support for the first time or continuing a long-term journey toward wellness, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where meaningful progress can unfold.

My approach to therapy

Drawing on evidence-based practices, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each person I work with. This may include cognitive-behavioral techniques to address unhelpful thought patterns, motivational interviewing to support behavior change, and trauma-informed care to ensure emotional safety and resilience-building.

Because I am dually licensed as a Clinical Social Worker and an Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I take an integrative approach that considers the complex interplay between mental health and substance use. I support clients in understanding the root causes of their struggles, developing healthier coping strategies, and building a life aligned with their values and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity, emotional relief, and practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. My goal is to help each person feel heard, supported, and empowered. Through our work together, clients often gain deeper insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as a better understanding of how past experiences may be influencing their present.
