Hi to everyone searching for their Therapist. I believe we search for help because we desire a change in our life. I also think that many of the overwhelming emotions we have are due to some inner or outer change. I provide therapy to those going through such a transition. I have a great passion for working with people in therapy and counseling because I think it can truly benefit others. I myself have had great experiences of working in this way I always try to meet people exactly where they are and what their needs are in life. I find that inspiration support and a view of possibilities are as important to us as food so I look forward to meeting you and getting acquainted.

My goals are to offer a knowledgeable, authentic and empathetic atmosphere for you to develop trust that I can help you. I will use researched tools to continue in your feeling more hopeful. Mindfulness can help you become more aware of what you are truly feeling and how to use your feelings to empower yourself. Relationships will play a big part in our work together. I am a graduate of Saint Edwards University, and I am a licensed professional counselor for the state of Texas. I have also been a licensed chemical dependency counselor. Working in inpatient outpatient psychiatric hospitals, criminal justice system, and private practice. Over the last 10 to 15 years, I have worked in private practice in the Lakeway, Bee Cave and Westlake Texas areas. I have a background also in education with a bachelors of arts. And a trained Montessori directress I actually created the first Montessori school on 10 beautiful wooded acres in Westlake Hills. I have worked as a trainer counselor in private practice. I have a long history of training, counseling and consulting families and other healthcare professionals as well as business executives and entrepreneurs.

I have worked extensively in the business arena much of my counseling over the last 15 years has been with people in the real estate industry. I have also worked in a whole arena of transpersonal psychology with clients and studied at the California Institute of transpersonal psychology..

My client will find a sense of hope and awareness that change is possible along with a sense of confidence. I provide counseling for clients going through transitions with strength based, solution, focus therapy, as well as deeper therapy, integrating mind, body and spirit.
