I am a Christian-based, compassionate, non-judgmental therapist with 20+ years of experience. I became a therapist because I wanted to be the therapist I never had, and I have always been passionate about seeing people overcome challenges to embrace their full, true self. I have helped many people deal with depression, anxiety, fear, stress, loneliness, and more.

I use a person-centered approach to therapy because I believe that each client is unique and this allows me to tailor my sessions to meet the client's needs.

I help my clients find new grounding, hope, and healing. I also help my clients understand their triggers and learn new coping skills to help them feel more confident.
