Great to meet you!

As a caring professional, my goal is to guide clients towards a path of self-discovery, awareness and personal fulfillment.

My credentials include both a Masters and PhD from Yeshiva University/ Wurzweiler School of Social Work in New York City.

I served for over a decade in a non-profit mental healthcare with high-risk, low income populations. I am fully bilingual in English/Spanish.

Areas of expertise/certification:

  • PTSD/Complex Trauma-Informed Care
  • LGBTQA+ Affirmative Care
  • Couples/Sex/Relationship Counseling

My approach to therapy

Every client is unique; hence, my approach is always client-centered. Treatment brings out your strengths and positive results.

Treatment combines cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and motivational strategies. During sessions, you will bed encourage to look within, gain insight and overcome negative patterns. I do not "fix" clients or "solve problems," the client is always in control, does the work and reaps the rewards.

What you can expect from me

From the privacy of your home, tele-health sessions will provide an opportunity to open up to caring professional without fear, shame or judgment. Unlike confiding in friends or family, your confidence and privacy are always respected.

Whether you are experiencing Trauma Issues, Relationship/Intimacy issues or seek an LGBTQA+ affirming counselor, I stand ready to work together to help you find answers, move forward and become your best self.
