I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Utah, Texas and Wisconsin with 8 years of professional work experience as a therapist and over 10 years of experience working within community settings. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression and more.
I believe that you are the expert of your own life and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I always work to meet the client where they are at, and put time into learning a client's support systems, culture, traditional upbringing and goals in order to be aware of daily challenges.
