Great to meet you!

My counseling experience has spanned over a decade. I believe therapy is a collaborative effort. We will set therapeutic treatment goals together, and I will be your navigator to help you achieve them. I specialize in working with minorities, disability populations, military, and those who are struggling with diverse issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is multimodal, strength based, culturally competent, flexible, and solution focused. My specializations include working with clients who suffer from issues related to anxiety, depressive symptoms, grief, stress, self-esteem/self-worth, work-related issues, relationship conflict, breakups/divorce, and other familial discord.
