Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Nancy Graies, a licensed clinical psychologist. I earned my PsyD from Alliant International University in 2022 and my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of La Verne in 2016. I speak Arabic and English, and I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges with a compassionate, flexible approach tailored to your needs. I believe that a strong, trusting relationship is the foundation for real growth. I’m here to create a safe and understanding space where you can feel heard and supported.

My approach to therapy

I work in a warm, collaborative way, creating a safe space where you feel heard and respected. My approach is integrative, meaning I use a mix of evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique needs and goals. I specialize in supporting people through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Together, we’ll build a strong partnership focused on your growth and well-being.

What you can expect from me

I create a welcoming and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings without judgment. Using an integrative approach, I draw from different therapeutic methods to find what works best for you. I often work with clients facing anxiety, relationship struggles, and major life changes.
