Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and school counselor with years of experience helping teens and adults navigate complex emotions, relationships, and life transitions. I’m direct but compassionate — I tell the truth kindly, without judgment or fluff. My clients describe me as easy to talk to, emotionally attuned, and a little bit funny (because therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time). I believe in creating a space where you feel both understood and challenged to grow.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach, blending CBT, person-centered, and trauma-informed techniques to meet you exactly where you are. My sessions focus on practical tools you can use right away — but we also dig deeper when needed to uncover the “why” behind patterns and pain. I believe therapy should be collaborative and real: you bring your lived experience, and I bring perspective and strategy. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been weighing on you and build the confidence to move forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what’s been hardest lately, and what you want to get out of our work together. I’ll ask questions, listen carefully, and help you set clear goals. You can expect a comfortable, conversational tone — no clinical interrogation here. Most people walk away feeling lighter, more understood, and relieved to have a plan for next steps.
