I'd like clients to know that I reinvented at age 42, leaving my 10 years as a professional stand-up comedian to treat trauma and addictions. I like to think I know a thing or two about change and resilience, having overcome numerous traumas myself.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is to meet clients on their path, and together we decide which modality/ies are appropriate. I like to be flexible and meet the client's needs vs any cookie cutter treatment plan formula.
