Great to meet you!

In a 35-year career as a therapist, I have worked with adolescents and adults from many backgrounds and coped with many different life issues.

My approach to therapy

Whether I have one or two or three people in the room, I find it essential to look at whatever is troubling them within a broader context of family and society. This would include such issues as the conflict in relationships, grief and loss, dealing with depression or anxiety, life transitions, and how to live life to the fullest.

What you can expect from me

As people struggle to handle the challenges of our 21st Century, I hope to be both a mirror (reflecting their inherent but sometimes misplaced goodness and joy) and a coach, encouraging and cheering them as they make decisions and progress.
