Great to meet you!

My goal is to have natural and real conversations. I want to build a relationship with you and know you better. It is through this process we can identify what we need to work on and make a plan to reach your goals.

My approach to therapy

She is an EMDR trained clinician, this approach is used to treat traumatic life events. She is an Adlerian counselor who believes the past in the present, so when required she will approach childhood and early memories. She believes in using multimodal approaches such as: CBT; Solution Focused Therapy; Reality Therapy; Motivational Interviewing; amongst others. She is always learning to find the best approaches to help her clients.

What you can expect from me

During sessions client may expect to identify inner feelings and thoughts that interfere with a satisfactory life. Client will analyze and scale these thoughts and feelings. At times Nancy likes to include art, sand trays, and other visuals aids. Sometimes, clients will go home with a reflexion or early memory tasks. I will do progress monitoring to measure growth during our sessions.
