My approach to therapy

Therapy is a precious and unique space to process and uncover the profound and deeper parts of yourself. I hope to create a warm and inviting place, so you feel safe to show up as you are, feel all the emotionally charged feelings, and relate to yourself in ways you have not known or seen – in a more kind, loving, compassionate, and graceful manner.

We may unveil and process your daily struggles, any approaching or future worries, or the delicate and conscious wounds from your past.

What you can expect from me

We all have our personal stories, some of which are colored with joy and awe, others tainted with doubt and fear. In this process, we may laugh, we may cry, we may take deep breaths, and we may challenge what comes our way.

In addition to the overall treatment recommendations and goals, I focus on the client’s strengths and believe we are partners in the therapeutic process. I will also periodically provide feedback regarding progress and invite your participation in the discussion.
