Nancy Lopez

Hello, and welcome. I am Nancy Lopez, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California. I earned my master's degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and concerns related to identity and self-esteem.

I am particularly passionate about helping people who feel stuck in recurring patterns, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about where they are headed.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe that lasting change comes from understanding both the challenges you are facing today and the patterns that may be influencing your thoughts, emotions, and relationships..

I balance insight and self-exploration with practical tools and strategies, helping clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves while working toward meaningful, achievable goals.

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation for our work together. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any important experiences that may help me better understand your situation.

You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where you do not need to have all the answers. By the end of the session, we will have a clearer understanding of your concerns and the direction you would like therapy to take.
