My approach to therapy

I provide a therapeutic approach and collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, validated, and respected. I believe people are the experts of their own lives, and you work alongside them to better understand their experiences, patterns, and strengths.
