Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Nancy and I redirected my career after many years of working as a retail manager. I graduated from Liberty University in 2018 and have worked with a wide variety of clients, both inpatient and outpatient. I understand a great deal about anxiety and depression and especially grief after my own experiences in life so I know that I can offer that to clients that are experiencing the same things.

My approach to therapy

I mostly use CBT but do draw from different styles of treatment due to each client needing different things from their experience in counseling. What is helpful for some may not be helpful for others so I use what is best for the client.

What you can expect from me

I believe in the clients being involved and directing the goals that we set for treatment. A client should always feel like they are leading where we are going in the sessions so I try to let them lead whenever possible so that they can work on the things that are most pressing for them.
