Great to meet you!

I am a social worker and a nurse. I use a humanistic and holistic approach to therapy but most importantly I use your strengths as the client to pursue the health that you desire. Within all of us is the desire to be happy and healthy. Life can give us obstacles that keep us from achieving that but together we can find a way to navigate the obstacles and also acquire tools that will help you achieve your own goals. I am so happy you have made this first step.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a mixture of therapeutic approaches to find what is best for each individual person. I believe that family systems as well as Gestalt techniques along with a humanistic approach work best. As we know, many of us have trauma and feelings that have not been resolved from our childhoods, with that knowledge we can move through those traumas and find a way to be in the present moment.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that we can find the best way to help you achieve your highest level of happiness and contentment. I will do my best to help you find your way back to your true self.
