Great to meet you!

I received my MS & PhD from the University of Miami, in Florida, with a major in Developmental/Pediatric Psychology, and am a Licensed Psychologist in the States of Florida (since 1993) and Illinois (since1997). I specialize in addressing the intellectual, behavioral, mental health and life skill needs and concerns of children, adolescents, and young adults, and their famiies, as well as adult clients with parenting concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic and draws from evidenced-based psycho-therapeutic approaches while integrating the mind-body connection through neuro-psychology//neuro-biology and somatic/body-based psycho-therapeutic approaches throughout the exploration of your concerns and needs, to best assist you and/or your child in modifying behavior(s) and in building and increasing the window of tolerance to all emotions to optimize your and/or your child's lives, with warmth and compassion.

What you can expect from me

I will look to you and your input frequently, to assure that I am addressing everything that is bothering you, to allow you to feel better, happier, and more empowered to live your best life.
