Great to meet you!

If you need someone completely in your corner to motivate you to make positive changes in your life within a safe space I am your therapist! I bring years of experience in the counseling profession to support clients in accessing their innate health and resilience. I will guide you to move beyond self-defeating beliefs and unproductive behavior patterns as you begin to approach life with increased agency and confidence!

My approach to therapy

In my practice I collaborate with clients to help them identify challenging behaviors, thoughts and beliefts, and expore options for growth. I create a balance approach between exploration of early experience with more here and now, action-oriented approaches. Clients leave each session with concrete goals and action items.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together we will get to know each other. You will find I am warm and approachable. As your therapist, my goal is to gather information about you and your life, so that we can create a roadmap for our work together.
