Great to meet you!

Life doesn’t hand out instruction manuals, and sometimes the hardest moments mark the biggest openings for growth. What matters most to me as a therapist is meeting you where you are — not where someone else thinks you should be. You deserve care that recognizes the full context of your life, including grief, loss, addiction, or long-standing patterns that have left you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I’ve walked alongside people through depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, family stress, and the transitions that come with later life. You don’t have to carry your challenges alone — I’m here to help you make sense of them and build strength from within.

My approach to therapy

I blend practical tools with human understanding. My work draws from CBT, psychodynamic insight, supportive dialogue, and experiential methods — all tailored to your unique rhythm. In session, you won’t find rigid labels or one-size-fits-all scripts. Instead, you’ll find curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. We’ll talk openly about what’s coming up for you, explore patterns that may be holding you back, and together we’ll develop skills that help you respond more skillfully to life’s demands.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation — no pressure, no expectations except honesty. We’ll talk about what brought you here, what feels most important right now, and what kind of change you hope to see. I’ll ask questions to understand your story and listen deeply to what you share. From there, we’ll begin shaping a map for your work together, focusing on clarity and what feels most useful for you. When you’re ready to move forward, I’m honored to walk with you on that path.
