Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, fertility challenges, OCD, and relationship concerns. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step — especially when life feels heavy or uncertain. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to feel more grounded and understood.

I have a particular interest in supporting individuals and couples facing depressive, anxious symptoms and fertility and reproductive challenges — experiences that often bring a mix of grief, hope, and emotional exhaustion. Together, we’ll work to process these feelings, strengthen self-compassion, and find ways to care for yourself and your relationships during such a vulnerable time.

My style is direct, challenging, and grounded in curiosity. I believe meaningful change happens when understanding and action come together — when you can see yourself and your relationships with greater clarity and move forward with a deeper sense of peace and purpose.

If you’re feeling anxious, disconnected, or ready to make lasting changes, I’d be honored to support you on your journey toward greater calm, confidence, and connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you build both insight and practical coping skills. Through a psychodynamic lens, we’ll explore how past experiences and patterns may be influencing your emotions and relationships today. Using CBT, we’ll also focus on identifying unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and finding new ways to respond that bring relief and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can bring a mix of emotions — curiosity, relief, maybe even a little nervousness. That’s completely normal. Our first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other and begin creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and free of judgment.

We’ll start by talking about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. You don’t need to have everything figured out — many people come in knowing something doesn’t feel right but aren’t sure exactly why. That’s okay. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help you start to make sense of what’s been weighing on you.
