With my background in art, bodywork, and spirituality, I am able to work holistically, and to faciliate mind/body/spirit wellness. I enjoy working with clients of all faiths, ethnicities, genders, and sexual preferences. Artists, introverts, and introspective people will find me especially understanding and perceptive.
As a holistic, somatic therapist with an understanding of the whole person and body, I integrate elements of Person-Centered Psychotherapy, EMDR, guided meditation, and inner dialogue to help you access your own strengths and wisdom, to use your body to explore your psyche, and to embrace all parts of yourself. I am a gentle, empathetic therapist who really listens, and "gets it." I tune into the body/mind/psyche as one and can help you find mindful acceptance and peace.
