Great to meet you!

As a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I envision a world where all persons with mental health challenges receive quality, uninterrupted and holistic care. I am dual-certified as a family nurse practitioner and a psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner; however, my primary focus and passion is in mental health. Specifically, treating adolescents, and adults grappling with anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder PTSD and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

I do not endorse a "one glove fits all approach" as everyone is unique with their own challenges and experiences. Therefore, we will partner and develop a treatment plan to your unique needs and expectations. You'll feel heard and understood in a non-judgmental and supportive environment.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a clearer understanding of your mental health condition, including potential causes and contributing factors. I anticipate each session would provide you with more clarity, support and empowerment to actively participate in your care and make lifestyle changes that support mental health.
