Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about helping people who often feel misunderstood or overlooked — especially those navigating substance use and mental health challenges. Over the years, I’ve seen how stigma can prevent people from seeking help, and I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves.

My approach to therapy

My sessions are relaxed and conversational — more like sharing a cup of coffee on the back porch than a clinical appointment. I believe real healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and supported. With a background in the justice system, I’ve witnessed how many people never received the care they needed early on. It's never too late to find hope.

What you can expect from me

On a personal level, my family’s experience with traumatic brain injury has given me a deep understanding of how complex and unique every mental health journey can be. I bring that empathy into my work every day, meeting clients where they are and helping them navigate toward healing, self-acceptance, and hope for the future.
