Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Nancy, and I'm here to help you navigate life's challenges with compassion and expertise. With a Master's in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and another in Education and Curriculum Design from California State University, San Bernardino, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our sessions. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC #0015963) and National Certified Counselor (NCC #882646).

I am committed to providing high-quality care tailored to your unique needs. Additionally, I hold certifications as a Grief Counselor Specialist (CGCS), Clinical Telemental Health Provider (CCTHP), Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and Depression & Mood Disorder Treatment Professional (CDMDTP).

My approach to therapy

I focus on increasing self-awareness, emphasizing strengths and positives, promoting changes to obtain optimal results, and enhancing all aspects toward living life and relationships to their fullest. The goal is to be proactive, reflective, and productive, to develop the courage to face challenges, uncertainty, and new roads, to live in the present with fulfillment, to create purpose and meaning, and to experience a rewarding life. I welcome the opportunity to support you in overcoming your challenges, reaching your dreams, and helping you move from where you are to where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

I provide a safe, supportive, and empathetic environment to help you explore the difficulties life has thrown your way. Together, we can find new tools for you to better your life and create new paths for you to walk.

I specialize in helping individuals and couples by keeping these four goals in mind: to process the emotions and experiences that make a person feel stuck; to quickly improve communication skills; to acquire new coping strategies; and to build resilience for life ahead.
