Nancy Rosas

I have over 10 years of providing trauma-informed therapy, specialized in trauma and parent-child attachment. I'm a first college generation Mexican American born and raised in California!​ I am the first born raised in a single parent home, it was precisely there, in the middle of all the love and unhealthy dynamics, that my passion for mental health was ignited! ​Through our work together we create hope, healing and light into the spaces of life that might seem hopeless or overwhelming.

I'm interested in challenging what your upbringing taught you, what it is to be "good", from exploring the roles you play, the emotional cost and its effects on your relationships.
