Great to meet you!

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, stress, or the lasting effects of difficult experiences. With 32 years of experience, I help clients work through these challenges, better understand themselves, and find a clearer path forward.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe and supportive place where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without judgment. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and more confident in your ability to navigate life’s challenges.

Whether you’re going through a major transition, struggling with your relationships, having trouble sleeping, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to identify what you need and the changes you want to make.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you make meaningful progress. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while focusing on realistic steps toward your goals.

Together, we’ll explore what may be keeping you stuck and identify strategies that can help you manage stress, improve relationships, work through grief, reduce anxiety, and create healthier patterns.

I’ll meet you where you are and tailor our work to your needs, strengths, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss what you’ve been experiencing, what you hope will change, and what you would like support with.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. I’ll listen, ask questions, and help us identify goals that feel meaningful and realistic. My hope is that you leave your first session feeling comfortable, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can move forward together.
