Great to meet you!

As you progress you strive for more out of life, yet are unsure how to get to where you wish to be. I will support you on your journey as we explore together what your needs are, long term/short term perceived goals and best practices in fulfilling such. I use the therapeutic process to assist in empowering my clients so that you come to realize and acknowledge the wealth of inner resources you have within and without, to build on your strengths and gain confidence to accept and create your personal story.

My approach to therapy

I provide individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, adults and seniors located in NY, NJ and CT. I have extensive experience working with issues related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, the 2nd half of life, creative aging, parenting, school matters, neurodiverse affirming and women’s issues. I provide a safe space for exploration and the honoring of all aspects of the self- the good, the challenging, that which may be difficult to look at and everything else in-between.

What you can expect from me

According to Carl Jung, individuation is the process of self realization through the discovery of finding meaning and purpose in one’s life. I use such methods as verbal and non-verbal techniques, talk and art therapy and/or dreams as an entry way to viewing the unconscious & symbolic content and how such presents itself in conscious life. I am open to the needs of each individual client and invite you to lead me as your guide on your path of evolvement.
