Great to meet you!
Struggling with the weight of anxiety, trauma, or the exhaustion of chronic insomnia can make life feel like a constant battle against your own mind and body. I specialize in helping individuals navigate these challenges by providing a space where you can stop fighting your thoughts and start living a life aligned with your values. My background is deeply rooted in science and clinical practice; I have served as a psychological health researcher for more than 15 years and have published several articles on the very symptoms we will address together. I feel privileged to help my clients achieve their goals and improve their lives by bridging the gap between cutting edge research and compassionate, personal care.
I believe that true healing requires a perspective that honors both the mind and the body. Because of this, my practice often encompasses mind-body work where appropriate, as I am trained in trauma sensitive and stress reduction yoga techniques. I want my clients to feel safe and empowered during their time with me, knowing that my approach is grounded in over a decade of studying how humans can build resilience.
