Nancy is an experienced psychotherapist with over 26 years of clinical practice helping adults and couples navigate complex emotional and life challenges. She brings her love of yoga and tai chi into her work with anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, PTSD, OCD, eating disorders, sleep disorders, and anger management. Nancy also has extensive experience supporting clients facing grief, trauma, maternal mental health concerns, infertility, women’s issues, relationship struggles, stress management, and LGBTQ+ related experiences.
Her decades of work across diverse clinical settings (Higher Ed,
Corrections, Community mental health, Addictions treatment, Marriage and custody mediation) have given her a deep understanding of how life transitions, loss, trauma, and identity development shape emotional well-being. Nancy integrates evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and psychodynamic therapy. Her approach is both insight-oriented and practical, helping clients gain understanding while building skills that foster meaningful and lasting change.
